Today is that very special day to honor all those who sacrificed so much on 9/11 ~ from all political , religious, and personal persuasions ~ and keep them in our minds and hearts ~ and be thankful that our vigilant and courageous protectors of this nation have done the good job they have done. ~ God Bless them all. ~ The military, ~ the special forces who are on constant alert for threats, ~ the people who man the entry and exit routes into the country. ~ And those who find holes in our safety net and let us know so they can get fixed. ~ All the unsung and sometimes villified heroes ~ I salute them all ~ and mourn the innocent dead ~ and brave citizens of all persuasions ~ who took that 4th plane down in a field ~ to protect this one very special country, ~ One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. ~ That is my special thought and prayer for the day. ~ And let us never forget those brave families who must go on without their loved ones and suffer every day and every hour for the sacrifices of their loved ones.
